SEC Names Chief Accountant

The SEC named Sagar Teotia as Chief Accountant, following the departure of Wesley R. Bricker. Mr. Teotia was previously serving as Acting Chief Accountant.

Since 2017, Mr. Teotia served as Deputy Chief Accountant. As Acting Chief Accountant, Mr. Teotia will be the principal advisor to the SEC on all accounting and audit-related matters, and will also lead the Office of the Chief Accountant.
