FINRA to Simplify Online Interaction
FINRA launched an initiative (the "Digital Experience Transformation") to improve compliance reporting and management by "simplifying" broker-dealers' online interactions with FINRA.
The initiative, which is to be implemented in several stages, would:

centralize task management for compliance professionals;

provide early notification to firms for any potential compliance issues;

customize the platform to the user's role;

create a consolidated workspace to facilitate communication with FINRA staff;

enhance machine-to-machine integration with firm systems; and

provide access to an online database and support.
