SEC Allows Funds to File Post-Effective Amendments to Registration Statement

The SEC granted no-action relief to a number of closed-end management investment companies, permitting the filing of post-effective amendments to their registration statements. The Nuveen-advised investment companies each filed and had declared effective by the SEC an equity shelf registration statement on Form N-2.

This exemptive order, pursuant to Securities Act Rule 486(b), will allow these companies to bring their financial statements current or make non-material changes to their registration statements.
