ISDA Provides Guidance for OTC Transactions during Dec. 5 Market Closures

ISDA provided guidance on the operation of OTC derivatives transactions affected by the closure of certain U.S. markets on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.

As previously covered, the federal government will be closed pursuant to the national day of mourning in honor of former U.S. President George H.W. Bush.
