Federal Register: CFPB Seeks Input on Rulemaking Processes

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ("CFPB") is seeking information about its rulemaking processes.

The Request for Information was published in the Federal Register on March 9, 2018. The CFPB is soliciting comments and information to evaluate the overall effectiveness and efficiency of its rulemaking processes and to consider possible adjustments to the discretionary aspects of the processes.

Comments must be received by June 7, 2018.
