FRB Proposes Changes to Appeals Process for Material Supervisory Determinations

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System ("FRB") is seeking comments on proposed changes to (i) guidelines for entities appealing adverse material supervisory determinations, and (ii) the FRB policy detailing the responsibilities of the Ombudsman.

Comments on the proposed changes must be submitted by April 30, 2018.
