CFTC Commissioner Quintenz Names Special Counsel

CFTC Commissioner Brian D. Quintenz named Margo Bailey as Special Counsel.

Ms. Bailey previously served as Counsel at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC"), where she was responsible for reviewing the derivatives activities of national banks and aiding the OCC's Fintech initiative. Before that, Ms. Bailey served as Special Counsel for the CFTC Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight.

Prior to joining the CFTC, Ms. Bailey was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
