MSRB Provides Expanded Statistics on Municipal Bond Trading to Public

The MSRB released expanded trading statistics on the Electronic Municipal Market Access ("EMMA") website. The new information includes a "daily state-by-state view of municipal bond trading activity and the most actively traded municipal securities and bond issuers." Users will be able to customize the data, which will be updated daily, based on dates, locations, the tax status of bonds and the types of transactions.

The MSRB will host an educational webinar on the new statistics on September 21, 2017.
