Regulatory Agencies Release Semiannual Agendas

Pursuant to the requirements of the Regulatory Flexibility Act and Executive Order 12866 ("Regulatory Planning and Review"), financial regulatory agencies published in the Federal Register the following semiannual agendas:

• Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System;

• CFTC;

• Consumer Financial Protection Bureau;

• FDIC;

• SEC;

• U.S. Department of Labor; and

• U.S. Treasury Department.

The agendas include rules that the agencies intend to propose or promulgate over the next year.
