SEC Investment Management Director to Step Down

SEC Division of Investment Management (the "Division") Director David W. Grim will leave the SEC in September 2017. Mr. Grim has been with the Division for over 20 years, and served as Director since 2015. Mr. Grim was in charge of the "policy-development, legal-interpretation, data-analysis, and disclosure-review functions" of the Division.
