SEC Names New Director of Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs

The SEC named Bryan Wood as the Director of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs. Mr. Wood served recently as Senior Advisor and Counsel for the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services.
