NASAA Roundtable to Address Cyber Developments for Advisers and BDs

The North American Securities Administrators Association ("NASAA") will hold a cybersecurity roundtable on June 23, 2017. Industry experts will address cybersecurity developments and information-protection measures for investment advisers and broker-dealers.

Participants will include representatives from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Treasury Department, the SEC and state securities agencies. NASAA President Mike Rothman commented on the critical importance of cybersecurity in the financial sector:
