Federal Register: SEC Adopts Final Amendments Requiring Hyperlinks and HTML Formatting in Registration Filings

The SEC adopted a final rule and form amendments to require certain public companies to include a hyperlink to each filed exhibit in their registration statements (see previous coverage). The final rule and form amendments were published in the Federal Register.

The final rule and form amendments are effective on September 1, 2017.
