SEC and National Bank of Belgium Revise Cooperation Agreement

The SEC and the National Bank of Belgium added an addendum to the "2001 Understanding Regarding an Application of Euroclear Bank for an Exemption under U.S. Federal Securities Laws." The addendum is intended to enhance regulatory harmonization regarding Euroclear Bank by improving cooperation and information-sharing procedures among the entities.
