Federal Register: SEC Requests Comments on FINRA-Proposed Technical Updates for Consolidated Rulebook

The SEC requested comments on a FINRA proposal (see previous coverage) to update cross-references and make non-substantive changes to certain FINRA Rules as part of FINRA's ongoing development of a Consolidated Rulebook. The request for comments was published in the Federal Register.

The proposal is effective immediately. Comments must be submitted by March 23, 2017.
