CFTC Acting Chair Names Acting General Counsel

CFTC Chair J. Christopher Giancarlo announced the departure of General Counsel Jonathan L. Marcus. Mr. Marcus will be replaced by current Deputy General Counsel for Litigation and Adjudication Robert A. Schwartz on an acting basis.
