Federal Register: CFTC Requests Comments on Position Limits Reproposal (with Delta Strategy Group Summary)

The CFTC requested comments on the reproposed position limits rules, which would place limits on speculative futures and swaps positions. The reproposal is a response to comments on a proposal that was published in December 2013, and on a supplemental proposal that was published in June 2016.
