SEC Grants Participants Exemption from Certain Data Collection and Publishing Requirements of Tick Size Pilot

The SEC Division of Trading and Markets granted FINRA and numerous exchanges, including BATS, Nasdaq and the NYSE (together, the "participants") an exemption from certain provisions of the National Market System Plan to Implement a Tick Size Pilot Program (the "Pilot"). The exempted provisions permit the participants to publish Pilot data collected on a monthly basis so long as the participants make the Pilot data publicly available within 120 calendar days from the month's end.
