FAST Act Rulemaking Mandate on Agenda for Upcoming SEC Advisory Committee Meeting

The Investor Advisory Committee will (i) discuss investor protection priorities for 2017, and (ii) provide an update on its response to the rulemaking mandate of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation ("FAST") Act concerning public company disclosure requirements. The meeting is scheduled for December 8, 2016 and will be webcast live (and then archived) on the SEC's website.
