NASAA Waives Investor Advisor Registration Depository System Fees

The North American Securities Administrators Association ("NASAA") waived Investment Adviser Registration Depository ("IARD") system fees for investment adviser firms. The IARD system is an internet-based national database that allows investors and the public to research investment advisors and their representatives' employment and disciplinary histories.
