FINRA to Publish Monthly Data from Block-Sized Trades on Alternative Trading Systems
FINRA announced that it is publishing monthly information on block-sized trades effected on alternative trading systems ("ATS") available on its website.
FINRA is increasing its efforts to provide transparency to over-the-counter trading equity securities by beginning to publish monthly ATS block-size trading statistics in all National Market System ("NMS") stock. The data is being categorized by both share-based and dollar-based thresholds.
