SEC Names New Deputy Associate Director in Division of Investment Management Rulemaking Office

The SEC named Sarah G. ten Siethoff Deputy Associate Director in the Division of Investment Management's Rulemaking Office. Ms. ten Siethoff will develop recommendations regarding rulemaking and policy initiatives for the Investment Company and Investment Advisors Acts of 1940, and also will oversee management of related rulemaking projects.

Ms. ten Siethoff has been a member of the Division of Investment Management since 2008 and said that she was excited to work on developing rules that promote a "fair, efficient and effective regulatory regime for investment funds and investment advisers."
