Federal Register: SEC Requests Comments on FINRA's Alternative Display Facility Proposal

The SEC requested comments on an immediately effective FINRA proposal to make its Alternative Display Facility ("ADF") available to member firms for trade reporting only. The request for comments was published in the Federal Register.

Comments on the immediately effective proposal must be submitted by September 14, 2016.
