FinCEN Names Associate Director of Enforcement Division

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ("FinCEN") named Thomas Ott the new Associate Director of the Enforcement Division. Mr. Ott will oversee FinCEN's Bank Secrecy Act compliance and enforcement program. The program includes supervision of investigations, enforcement actions and other activities that have national and international impact industry-wide.
