New York Federal Reserve Bank Names Executive Vice President and General Counsel

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York named Michael Held executive vice president, head of the Legal Group and general counsel. The appointment is effective August 15, 2016. Mr. Held will also serve on the Bank’s Management Committee.

The press release states that as head of the Legal Group, Mr. Held will oversee the day-to-day operations of the group, which include Legal, Bank Applications, Compliance, the Corporate Secretary’s Office, Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Unit and Records Management.
