FINRA Notifies Members of Modifications to Electronic Blue Sheet Data Elements (FINRA Reg. Notice 16-24)

FINRA and other U.S. members of the Intermarket Surveillance Group (the "ISG") modified certain equity and option data elements for Electronic Blue Sheets ("EBS"). The modifications will become effective on December 30, 2016; however, FINRA, the other ISG members and the SEC will accept EBS submissions with the modified data elements before then.

The modifications are to be made consistent with NYSE Regulation Information Memorandum Number 16-2, NYSE Arca Equities Regulatory Bulletin Number 16-39 and in response to the SEC's approval of the Investors Exchange, LLC (IEX).
