SEC Appoints Co-Chief of the Division of Enforcement Asset Management Unit

The SEC named C. Dabney O'Riordan, Co-Chief of the Division of Enforcement Asset Management Unit. The Unit focuses on misconduct by investment advisers, investment companies and private funds. Ms. O'Riordan joins Asset Management Unit Co-Chief Anthony Kelly and succeeds former Co-Chief Marshall Sprung, who left the SEC in April 2016.
