CFTC Grants SEF Registration to Clear Markets North America, Inc.

The CFTC granted fully registered status to Clear Markets North America, Inc. as a swap execution facility ("SEF"). Clear Markets, Inc. had obtained temporary registration status previously on May 13, 2014.

Clear Markets, Inc. must comply with the following provisions, among others: (i) all representations and submissions made in its application for registration as an SEF, and (ii) all CEA and CFTC rule requirements that are applicable to SEFs. The CFTC reported that 22 SEFs are registered fully with the CFTC at present.
