FINRA to Hold Election for Board of Governors

FINRA reminded member firms of the upcoming annual meeting on September 19, 2016. A Governor from one small firm and one large firm are to be elected. Petitions for candidacy are due by August 5, 2016, and FINRA will be mailing out a formal notice of the meeting, including the precise date, time and location, to executive representatives on or about August 19, 2016.
