FINRA Proposes Delay in Implementation of Debt Research Rule
FINRA proposed a delay in the implementation of FINRA Rule 2242 ("Debt Research Analysts and Debt Research Reports"). Under the proposal, the implementation date would be delayed from April 22, 2016 to July 16, 2016.
