CFTC Market Risk Advisory Committee Releases Agenda for Upcoming Derivatives Meeting

An upcoming meeting of the CFTC's Market Risk Advisory Committee ("MRAC") meeting will examine the impact of the derivatives markets' evolving structure and the transfer of risk. The MRAC meeting will take place on April 26, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Topics for discussion will include (i) how effectively market participants (particularly end-users) in different asset classes are able to find counterparties for transactions, receive accurate pricing and volume information, and otherwise access the markets, and (ii) the use of portfolio compression and related services.
