NASAA Requests Comments on Proposed Revisions to Certain Forms and Finance Policy Statements

The Corporation Finance Section of the North American Securities Administrators Association requested public comments on the proposed (i) new multistate Form U-1 and revised Form U-2 and (ii) revisions to several NASAA Corporation Finance Statements of Policy. The proposed revisions would apply to the policy statements of the following: Preferred Stock, Promoter's Equity Investment, Specificity In Use of Proceeds, and Unequal Voting Rights.

Comments on the proposed form and revisions must be submitted by May 1, 2016.
