IOSCO Updates OTC Derivatives Central Clearing Requirements Information Repository

IOSCO updated its information repository for over-the-counter ("OTC") derivatives central clearing requirements.

The repository is intended to collect central clearing requirements for OTC derivatives and any exemptions from them on a product-by-product level in various jurisdictions. IOSCO encouraged public comment on how to improve the information repository and on other areas that should be covered.
