FINRA Reminds Members of SEC Fee Rate Extension

FINRA reminded member firms of an SEC rate extension under Securities Exchange Act, Section 31, which applies to specified securities transactions on the exchanges and in the over-the-counter markets. The rate will remain at $21.80 per million dollars until September 30, 2016, or 60 days after the enactment of a regular fiscal year 2017 appropriation for the SEC, whichever is later.
