FINRA Summarizes FINRA's 2016 Election Process

FINRA provided an overview of FINRA elections that will occur in 2016 to fill vacancies on the FINRA District Committees, Small Firm Advisory Board (SFAB), National Adjudicatory Council (NAC) and FINRA Board of Governors (Board). The Notice provided (i) a FINRA election schedule for 2016; (ii) a description of the responsibilities of the FINRA Board, National Adjudicatory Council, FINRA District Committees and Small Firm Advisory Board; and (iii) a summary of how individuals can become candidates in each election.
