NFA Elects Board Executives and Public Directors
The Board of Directors of the NFA elected Michael C. Dawley to serve a one-year term as Chair. Mr. Dawley is Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co. The Board also elected Maureen C. Downs to serve as Vice-Chair. Ms. Downs is President of Rosenthal Collins Group LLC.
In addition, the Board elected the following individuals as public directors:
