FINRA Seeks to Delay Implementation of Debt Research Rule

FINRA submitted a proposal to delay the implementation of new Debt Research Rule FINRA Rule 2242 until April 22, 2016. The delay was requested in response to industry questions regarding implementation of the requirements of the new rule. FINRA indicated that it did not intend to make any substantive changes to the rule.
