MSRB Revises General Securities Sales Supervisor Examination (MSRB Reg. Notice 16-05)

The MSRB filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to revise its content outline for the General Securities Sales Supervisor Qualification Examination ("Series 9/10").

The revisions will: (i) update the material to reflect changes to the laws, rules and regulations covered by the examination; (ii) incorporate the functions and associated tasks currently performed by a General Securities Sales Supervisor; and (iii) make changes to the format of the content outline. The revisions will be implemented on March 7, 2016.
