SEC Makes Third Adjustment to Fee Rate in FY2016

Pursuant to SEA Section 31, the SEC announced that the fee rates applicable to most securities transactions will be set at $21.80 per million dollars. Accordingly, each SRO will continue to pay the SEC at a rate of: (i) $18.40 per million for covered sales occuring on charge dates through February 15, 2016; and (ii) $21.80 per million for covered sales occuring on charge dates on or after February 16, 2016.
