FSOC to Meet on Market Developments

The Financial Stability Oversight Council ("FSOC") will meet on December 17th to discuss emerging market developments and financial regulatory issues. The preliminary agenda includes a discussion of the annual re-evaluation of the designation of a nonbank financial company.
