SIFMA Testifies on Impact of Dodd-Frank Act on Credit

SIFMA's Kenneth E. Bentsen, Jr., executive vice president, public policy and advocacy, testified before the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets and Government Sponsored Enterprises.
