SEC Solicits Comments about the Collection of Information under Rule 154

The SEC issued a notice soliciting comments about the collection of information required by Securities Act Rule 154. In certain circumstances under the current Rule, the applicable prospectus delivery requirement is satisfied by the delivery of a single prospectus to investors who purchase securities from the same issuer and share the same address.
