SEC Issues Guidance Update Regarding Investment Company Consolidation

The SEC Division of Investment Management issued a Guidance Update regarding the presentation of consolidated financial statements for certain investment companies registered under the Investment Company Act ("ICA") and investment companies that have elected to be treated as business development companies under the ICA that have wholly owned subsidiaries.
