SEC Extends Expiration Date of Effective Period for Exchange Act Rule 15Ba2-6T
The SEC extended temporary Exchange Act Rule 15Ba2-6T ("Temporary Registration as a Municipal Advisor; Required Amendments; and Withdrawal from Temporary Registration") so that the rule will sunset on December 31, 2014 (rather than September 20, 2013). Temporary registrations under the rule will expire on this date.
