Privacy of Consumer Financial Information under Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Fed. Reg. Version)

Title 17 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 1 to 199, has been revised to reinstate appendices A and B to Part 160, providing a Model Privacy Form.

Effective Date: December 28, 2012.
