President Nominates Norman Bay to be FERC Commissioner, Chairman

President Barack Obama announced his intent to fill several key Administrative posts, including Norman C. Bay as Commissioner of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC"), who will be designated Chairman upon his approval.
