OECD: Phase 3 report on implementing the OECD anti-bribery convention in the United Kingdom

On 30 March 2012, the OECD Working Group on Bribery published its report on the UK's application of the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and related instruments.

The report makes further recommendations to improve the UK's fight against foreign bribery and includes an overview of recent enforcement actions.
