OCC Final Rule Published, Integrates National Bank and Federal Savings Association Licensing Activities

The final rule of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC") was published in the Federal Register. The final rule integrates the policies and procedures for corporate activities and transactions of national banks and federal savings associations.

The final rule will become effective on July 1, 2015.
