OCC Specifies Money Penalties (Fed. Reg. Version)

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is publishing the maximum amount, adjusted for inflation, of each civil money penalty (CMP) within its jurisdiction to administer.

Effective Date: December 6, 2012.
