NFA Submits Proposed Amendments Regarding Filing Requirements for Introducing Brokers
The National Futures Association ("NFA") submitted to the CFTC its proposed amendments to Section 5 of the NFA Financial Requirements regarding filing requirements for introducing brokers ("IB").
The proposed amendment would require all financial reports to be filed electronically, eliminating an exception for certain reports under the current rule.
